Soulman’s Barbecue Catering
You can choose from two types of meat when you order our traditional menu. There are sliced brisket and pulled pork as well as chopped brisket. Also available is smoked sausage, smoked chicken or turkey, cracked black pepper sausage, smoked sausage and smoked ham. Soulman’s Original BBQ Sauce, potato salad and coleslaw are included with both types of meat. Pickles, onions, pickles, and Texas sliced bread will be included. The most delicious sugar cookies will be served as dessert. For drinks, you’ll get lemonade or iced tea with all the accompaniments. Plastic plates, cups and cutlery packets will be provided.
To find out if we can service your event, place your order online. We aim to ensure that our food is always fresh and at the correct temperature so it doesn’t take too much time for it to travel. We can accommodate small groups up to 50 people, as well as large events of hundreds of people. For events between 5 and 100 people, we recommend ordering online. If you have larger groups, please call your local restaurant.
